| Application Form | Please print and fill out this form and return it with a non returnable deposit for £100 [100 Pounds Sterling] (cheques made payable the London College of Shiatsu) to enrol onto the Foundation course.
The remainder (£175) should be paid on or before the first class.
We have three intakes a year; January, May and September.
The curriculum and the number of hours studied is the same in each class.

Time: 6.30 ~ 9.30 PM
or
- Sunday Class: A whole day intensive
Dates: Jan 31, Feb 14, 28; Mar 14, 28
Time: 10.00 AM ~ 5.00 PM.

Dates: Tuesday evening from May 4th to July 6th
Time: 6.30pm - 9.30pm
or
- Sunday Class: A whole day intensive
Dates: Sunday May 16th, 30th; June 13th; July 10th and 11th
Time: 10.00am - 5.00pm
